Cancellation Policy

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. Deposits are due no later than two days after booking. The appointment will be cancelled if the deposit is not paid. Deposits are allowed to be transferred ONCE, with a new booking made within a two-week period. New deposits will be required for bookings made outside of the time frame. A grace period of 10 minutes is given. A $5 late fee will be applied after the grace period. After 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled. No extra personnel unless they are being serviced.
